Negative (blocking) keywords are also extremely important to prevent you incurring clicks and spend on things you don’t want

I have direct experience with this company's services. Based on that experience, I understand that they are using bots to spam website contact forms with unsolicited material, which in my view is spam. Based on these extremely unethical activities I would not recommend engaging this company.
